Brainspotting is a trauma-informed, brain-body therapy that helps you access and process what feels “stuck” — often beyond what talk therapy can reach. It uses your natural eye position (a “brainspot”) to support deep, regulated processing while you stay connected to your body’s signals.
What Brainspotting can help with
Trauma and chronic stress
Anxiety, panic, and overwhelm
Addiction recovery support
Burnout and compassion fatigue
Performance blocks and creative shutdown
Grief and life transitions
What a session feels like
Sessions are paced and collaborative. You’ll be guided to notice body sensations, emotions, images, and thoughts as they arise. The goal isn’t to force anything — it’s to create enough safety and support for your nervous system to do what it already knows how to do: process and integrate.
In-person in Auburn & Granite Bay — and online across California
If you’re local, you can meet in person in Auburn or Granite Bay. If you’re elsewhere in California, Louisiana or Nevada, online sessions are available when appropriate.
