If you’re a clinician looking for a powerful, somatic, trauma-informed approach, Brainspotting training can expand your clinical toolkit and deepen your capacity to work with nervous system regulation, attachment wounds, and performance blocks.
Who Brainspotting training is for
Therapists, counselors, and social workers
Psychologists and psychiatrists
Coaches and healing practitioners (where appropriate)
Clinicians working with trauma, addiction, anxiety, and burnout
Phase I: Foundations
Phase I is where you learn the core Brainspotting model, setup, attunement, and clinical flow. It’s the right starting point if you’re new to Brainspotting.
Phase II: Deepening the work
Phase II builds on Phase I with advanced applications, refinements, and expanded clinical strategies. You’ll get more nuance, more practice, and more ways to work with complex presentations.
How to decide quickly
If you have not completed Phase I → start with Phase I
If you’ve completed Phase I and want more depth + clinical range → Phase II
